Lighthouse would like to build up a supply of play equipment for the children to use on a Sunday morning. Before purchasing any, they wonder if any member of the congregation would have toys surplus to requirements – e.g. a play road mat, Duplo and Lego, colouring or pattern books, board games/ activities (like Jenga) that can be played satisfactorily in a fairly short space of time (e.g. not monopoly!), dressing up clothes and accessories, suitable for boys and girls. The latter need not be of the specially made type. Old scarves, handbags, safe shoes, caps and hats, old waistcoats etc would all make interesting things to dress up in.
